So scales went back up to 94 from 92.7 due to excessive chocolate and feeling totally depressed and not exercising cos i hurt my foot.
BUT
Last monday i got a fill and it is AWESOME!!!
Scales this morning said 91.4 AND i am PMSing seriously!!!!!
